We have always been prohibited by IRS regulation from disclosing  ANY information about our clients to anyone.  Any request for information from a third party (Mortgage Co., Escrow Co., etc.) must be authorized, in writing, from you our client.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or in any other way release personal client information/data to anyone.

We maintain electronic and written records that are safeguarded by in house security measures that protect your personal and tax information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access. However, as with any electronic communications, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat our security measures.

We encourage our clients to take proactive measures in protecting personal/tax information when receiving data on their computers, FAX machines, cell phones, and other electronic devices.
